Sets the target position of an axis.
Return Value
	DINT	Error identification. See KsError.
Parameter
Axis	AXIS_REF	Reference to an axis.
Value	INT	The target position of an axis in user unit.
You can set the axis' target position every cycle or in the Direct Position control mode, depending on your needs. This function can be used only in the Direct Position control mode, in which this is the only function to set the target position of an axis.
