Sets the target torque of an axis.
Return Value
	DINT	Error identification. See KsError.
Parameter
Axis	AXIS_REF	Reference to an axis.
Value	SHORT	The torque of an axis. The unit is percent (%). The minimum accepted value is 0.1.
You can set the axis' torque every cycle or in the Direct Torque control mode, depending on your needs. This function can be used only in the Direct Torque control mode, in which this is the only function to set the target torque of an axis.
