Sets the target velocity of an axis.
Return Value
	DINT	Error identification. See KsError.
Parameter
Axis	AXIS_REF	Reference to an axis.
Value	INT	The velocity of an axis in user unit per second.
You can set the axis' target velocity every cycle or in the Direct Velocity control mode, depending on your needs. This function can be used only in the Direct Velocity control mode, in which this is the only function to set the target velocity of an axis.
