Configure

This feature provides many axis settings, such as unit conversion, limit switch, homing, and the maximum and minimum acceleration, deceleration, and jerk. The settings for each axis are independent. When you make change to one axis, it doesn't affect others.

Feedback

This setting is for unit conversion. If you want to use your unit instead of count per second, you can make the conversion here. Select the Unit conversion check box. In the Numerator box, enter your encoder's resolution. In the Denominator box, enter the distance the axis will run in your unit. After you change settings, in the Move area, click Start to test the axis and see whether the result is correct.

Safety

Sets limit switches to restrict the moving range of the axis.

Homing

Sets a homing switch.

Motion

Defines how your axis moves.

Profile Type: chooses a unit of acceleration, deceleration and jerk.

System (Safety & Hardware)

If your servo drive or motor has safe features or limitations, set their parameters here.

Application

Sets the parameters to your KINGSTAR application.
